Mattera Physical Therapy provides one-on-one, personalized care that blends principles of rehabilitation and strength training in order to accomplish client-specific goals and return you to the activities that you enjoy, faster. My approach is simple: reduce pain, educate, and get strong.

I utilize an evidence-based, total body approach, targeted manual therapy interventions, and intelligently programmed therapeutic exercise to maximize pain-free mobility.

 

I ensure that each client understands their condition, our plan of action, and what (if anything) to modify with respect to their current activities. I promote self-management strategies and provide the knowledge and tools to allow clients to keep themselves healthy in the long-term. If you don't need me, then I have done my job. 

Strong bodies that move well are resilient. Clients will take an active role both during and after their recovery to build total body strength, stability, and mobility to meet the specific demands of their activities.
